Oh Holy St. Jude, Apostle and Martyr, great in virtue and in miracles, near kinsman of Jesus Christ, faithful intercessor of all who invoke your special help in time of need. To you I have recourse from the depth of my heart and humbly request assistance. Help me in my present and urgent petition. In return, I promise to make your name known and cause you to be invoked.

I love you St. Jude and I say Thank You for your intercession! I accept the result of my plight and pledge myself to living a clean and most Catholic lifestyle. I want to grow closer to God, Jesus, Mary and you for helping me through this mess of mine. Please be ever at my side! Help me to guide my children in our faith. I will never forget the help you have given me!
